国医大师王晞星巧用对药角药治疗膀胱癌经验探析
Discussion on the clinical experience of National TCM Master Wang Xixing in the treatment of bladder cancer with herbal pairs and trios
摘要
Abstract
Bladder cancer is a malignant tumor that occurs on the bladder mucosa,with intermittent,painless hematuria as the first symptom,often accompanied by symptoms such as frequent urination,urgency,and dysuria.It is one of the most common malignant tumors of the urinary system.Professor Wang Xixing believes that the core pathogenesis of bladder cancer lies in the combination of deficiency and excess.Based on the holistic view and the principles of syndrome differentiation and treatment,he utilizes the principles of drug compatibility,including meridian tropism,flavor,and the Seven Emotions.His approach follows the ideas of examining the cause and treating the disease accordingly,adhering to the principles and method,treating both the root and the branch,and changing treatment according to the condition.He flexibly uses herbal pairs and trios to treat the root condition,associated syndromes,and complications of bladder cancer.This article introduces Professor Wang's commonly used medicinal herbs and analyzes his clinical diagnostic and treatment method through case studies.关键词
