护场理论在原发性肝癌治疗中的应用探析
Application of Huchang(Protective Field)theory in the treatment of primary liver cancer
摘要
Abstract
Primary liver cancer(PLC)is a common and difficult-to-treat malignant tumor.The concept of Huchang(Protective Field)originates from the treatment of ulcers in TCM surgery.According to Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),tumors are seen as localized manifestations of systemic diseases.Modern TCM practitioners have applied the field protection theory to various tumors,including PLC,achieving promising results.On a microscopic level,the concept of Huchang is related to the tumor microenvironment.PLC treatment strategies based on the field protection theory include:balancing yin and yang according to the principle from ulcer treatment—"yang turning to yin leads to death,while yin turning to yang leads to life"—with dynamic approaches of supplementation and purging;tonifying the vital qi to promote the formation of the overall protective field and securing areas that have not been invaded;focusing on treating the lungs;emphasizing liver regulation and gallbladder support,and ensuring smooth bowel movements to expel pathogens.By regulating the relationship between the body's vital qi and cancerous pathogens,this approach aims to promote both the overall and local protective fields,providing new ideas and method for the prevention and treatment of PLC.关键词
