摘要

Abstract

Static tensile tests of double-bolted joint and bonded-bolted joint of carbon fiber laminate and aluminum alloy plate with hole offset are carried out.Finite element models of the bonded-bolted joint are established.Three-dimensional Hashin failure criterion is embedded in the analysis by subroutine programming.Validity of the model is performed by comparing the analysis results with the experimental results.Debonding mechanism of the adhesive layer between the laminate and aluminum plate is studied,and the failure evolution process of the carbon fiber laminates is analyzed.It is showed that the strength of the double-bolted bonded joints with adhesive is higher than that of the double-bolted joints without bonding.Under the same hole offset configuration,the peak load of the double-bolt bonded joint is greater than that of the double-bolted joint about 9.22%-31.68%.
