多孔氧化锰的脱硫性能及其反应动力学
Desulfurization Performance and Reaction Kinetics of Porous Manganese Oxide
摘要
Abstract
A porous manganese oxide(MnOx)as desulfurization material was prepared by template method.The desulfurization performance and reaction kinetics of porous MnOx were studied.The results show that the pores in the MnOx is mainly mesoporous with a small amount of macropores,which can improve the desulfurization performance of the material.With the increase of desulfurization temperature,the desulfurization performance of porous MnOx first increases and then decreases.In this study,at 450℃,the desulfurization performance of porous MnOx is the best,and the desulfurization rate is as high as 0.316 gSO2/gmaterial·h.The desulfurization capacity is as high as 0.707 gSO2/gmaterial,and the conversion rate is 95.91%.关键词
