复配硅酸盐对砂浆抗渗性能的影响
Effect of Compound Silicate on Impermeability of Mortar
摘要
Abstract
Lithium silicate and potassium silicate solutions were used as the main sources,and were used to prepare composite silicate solutions in different proportions to strengthen the surface of mortar specimens.The influence mechanism of composite silicate on the impermeability of mortar was researched.The results show that the composite silicate treatment can effectively fill in the surface pores and cracks of mortar and improve the impermeability of mortar.The improvement effect is the best when the lithium silicate and potassium silicate ratio is 5∶5.The particle size and Zeta potential of colloidal particles are the largest,and the composite solution system has better stability.Compared with the specimens without any treatment,the surface capillary water absorption,methanol gas volatilization and liquid infiltration of the mortar after composite silicate treatment has decreased by 61.0%,46.6%and 42.9%,respectively.关键词
