滑板再生料在钢包控流系统复合下水口中的回收应用
Recycling Application of Recycled Slide Plate Materials in Composite Bottom Nozzle of Ladle Flow Control System

Abstract
A high-performance composite bottom nozzle was fabricated by using double-sided pressurized processing from recycled slide plate materials,exhibiting significant research values and economic benefits.The microstructure of the regenerated materials was studied using X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS).The effects of the regenerated material content,which was used to replace 85 bauxite clinker,on nozzle performance were analyzed.The optimized content value was verified by industrial tests involving casting steel.The results show that the materials near the cast holes and at slide plane are predominantly composed of plate-like corundum.SiC,B4C and Al4C3 are present within the matrix,while the composite layer is mainly composed of bauxite clinker.After the post-composite slide plate is broken and hydrated,the recycled slide plate material is obtained.The primary components of the regenerated material are corundum and mullite.With the increasing content of the regenerated material replacing 85 bauxite clinker,the bulk density decreases,while the apparent porosity increases.After buried carbon treatment at 1550℃,Al reacts with C to form the Al4C3 ceramic reinforcing phase,while Al2O3 reacts with SiO2 to form mullite,A3S2.The compressive strength and flexural strength of the sample are enhanced through liquid phase sintering.The density gradient of the upper and lower parts of the composite bottom nozzle is obviously improved by the double-sided compression molding of the feeding cylinder and the floating worktable.When the content of the regenerated slide material replaced 85 bauxite clinker is 77%,the performance of the composite nozzle B/A4 is comparable to that of the homogeneous nozzle B,i.e.,no delamination or cracks occurs after 3 times of use,indicating an improvement in the stability of the combined bottom nozzle.This study can provide a good theoretical basis for the application of slide plate regenerated material in composite bottom nozzle.关键词
