高岭土与瓷石比例对仿宋米黄釉瓷坯体性能的影响
Effects of Kaolin/Porcelain Stone on the Properties of the Imitation Song Beige Glazed Porcelain

Abstract
The beige glazed porcelain color in the Song Dynasty is similar with rice color,elegant and durable,which has become one of the hot topics of research due to the relatively small number of collections.The imitated beige glazed porcelain was prepared by using a typical ancient binary kaolin and porcelain stone formula.Colorimeter(CIE L*a*b*),X-ray diffractometer(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and UV-visible light spectrophotometer(UV-Vis)were used to investigate the effect of different ratios of kaolin to porcelain stone on the color saturation value,microstructure and absorbance of the sample.The experimental results show that when the mass ratio of kaolin to porcelain stone increases,the water absorption rate of the sample gradually decreases and the flexural strength of the samples gradually increases.When the mass ratio of kaolin to porcelain stone is 70∶30,the water absorption rate of the sample is 8.39%,the flexural strength is 50.54 MPa,and the color saturation values L*,a* and b* are 97.66,-51.56 and 37.3,respectively.There are many pores in the imitated body sample,and the matrix is relatively loose,resulting in a high water absorption rate of the sample.However,the precipitation of a large amount of mullite crystal phase endows good mechanical properties of the sample.The imitated and typical Song Dynasty beige glazed porcelain have similar weak absorption wavelength at 445-470 nm,which is accordance with the yellow tone.关键词
