Abstract
The proportion of profits from general contracting projects in the total profits of enterprises is also increasing,so the cost management in project management will also occupy a more important position.Dynamic management of project costs is the key work to achieve cost objectives.This article establishes a dynamic management process for the entire project process,and introduces in detail the content and requirements of key links such as cost target determination,cost plan formulation,cost analysis,and cost correction measures,providing a reference for better implementation of cost management in EPC projects.关键词
