摘要

Abstract

This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary tryptophan and methionine on growth performance,digestive ability,immune function and antioxidant capacity of Chinese mitten crab(Erio-cheir sinensis).In a two-factor experimental design,0,0.31%and 0.63%L-Try and 0,0.33%and 0.67%L-Met were added to the basal diet,nine groups of isonitrogen and isolipid diets were prepared with three Try lev-els(actual contents were 0.31%,0.62%and 0.94%)and three Met levels(actual contents were 0.66%,0.99%and 1.33%),and each group contained 3 replicates.The Eriocheir sinensis with initial body weight of(50.27±2.20)g were selected,and the stocking density was 4 500 crab/hm2.The pre-experimental period lasted for 10 days,and the experimental period lasted for 80 days.The results showed as follows:1)dietary Try and Met levels had not significant interaction effect on the growth performance of Eriocheir sinensis(P>0.05).The weight gain rate,specific growth rate and protein efficiency of 0.94%Try level and 0.99%Met level were significantly higher than those of other levels(P<0.05),and the feed conversion rate was signifi-cantly lower than that of other levels(P<0.05).2)Dietary Try and Met levels had significant interaction effects on muscle crude protein and rude ash content of Eriocheir sinensis(P<0.05).The muscle crude protein content of 0.94%Try level and 0.99%and 1.33%Met level was significantly higher than that of other levels(P<0.05),and the muscle crude ash content was significantly lower than that of other levels(P<0.05).3)Dietary Try and Met levels had significant interaction effects on hepatopancreas pepsin,trypsin,lipase and am-ylase activities of Eriocheir sinensis(P<0.05).The activities of pepsin and trypsin in hepatopancreas of 0.94%Try level and 0.99%Met level were significantly higher than those of other levels(P<0.05),the activities of lipase and amylase in hepatopancreas of 0.62%Try level and 0.99%Met level were significantly higher than those of other levels(P<0.05).4)Dietary Try and Met levels had significant interaction effects on the serum non-specific immune(except acid phosphatase)and antioxidant indexes of Eriocheir sinensis(P<0.05).In the non-specific immune indexes,the activities of alkaline phosphatase and lysozyme in serum of 0.94%Try level and 0.99%Met level were significantly higher than those of other levels(P<0.05).In the antioxidant in-dexes,the activities of catalase and superoxide dismutase in serum of 0.94%Try level were significantly higher than those of other levels(P<0.05),and the malondialdehyde content was significantly lower than that of oth-er levels(P<0.05);the activities of catalase,superoxide dismutase and total antioxidant capacity in serum of 0.99%Met level were significantly higher than those of other levels(P<0.05).In conclusion,the appropriate dietary Try and Met can improve the growth performance of Eriocheir sinensis,and the Try and Met supple-mental levels and their interaction affect the muscle crude protein content,hepatopancreas digestive enzyme ac-tivity,non-specific immunity and antioxidant capacity;comprehensive all indexes,the best results are obtained when the levels of Try and Met in the diet are 0.94%and 0.99%,respectively.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2025,37(3):1929-1939]
