竞赛驱动、双创思维融合培养护生创新能力育人模式的构建
Construction of competition-driven and dual-creation thinking integration to cultivate nursing students'innovative ability nurturing mode
摘要
Abstract
To address nursing students insufficient grasp of innovation cultivation,including limited training in innovative thinking and innovation skills,and unclear theoretical guidance on product innovation methods,we explored an innovation and entrepreneurship competition-lead approach.This involved establishing a synergistic nurturing mechanism that integrated students,teachers,and enterprises.We proposed"one-lead,two-cycle,four-stage"practice pathway to enhance students'innovative thinking and design thinking skills through dual mentorship.Additionally,we developed a"five-organic-integration"framework encompassing goals,content,methods,pathways,time and space to holistically enhance the innovation ability of nursing students.This approach culminates in a competition-driven,dual-creative mindset cultivation model centered on a"theory-practice-innovation"pathway.关键词
