Teaching practice of"integration of job-course-competition-certification"in the course of Comprehensive Ability Assessment of the Elderly based on action research

Abstract
Action research is an important paradigm for vocational education practice,and the integration of"job-course-competition-certification"is an intrinsic requirement of vocational education.Sichuan Vocational College of Health and Rehabilitation has carried out an integration of"job-course-competition-certification"in the teaching reform practice of the"Comprehensive Ability Assessment of the Elderly"course in the major of elderly health care and management,based on the action research paradigm.This reform has significantly improved the comprehensive professional capabilities of students and the professional development of teachers.The organic combination of the concept of"job-course-competition-certification"concept and the action research method not only provided ideas for the curriculum construction of elderly health service in the new era but also offered empirical evidence for the application of action research in vocational education.关键词
