信息化无呕病房护理模式的建立及其在肺癌化疗患者中的应用效果
Establishment of an informatized non-vomiting ward nursing mode and its application in lung cancer chemotherapy patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the construction of an informatized non-vomiting ward nursing model and its application outcomes in lung cancer chemotherapy.Methods From March to September 2022,140 patients admitted to Jiangsu Cancer Hospital were treated as the control group with conventional nursing.From October 2022 to March 2023,140 patients in the study group were treated with the informatized non-vomiting ward nursing model.The degree and severity of vomiting and nausea,as well as th quality of life and patients satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The overall grading of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The score of quality of life and the satisfaction level in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions The establishment of the informatized emesis-free ward nursing model can effectively reduce the frequency of nausea and vomiting in lung cancer chemotherapy patients,improve their quality of life and satisfaction,and should be widely promoted.关键词
