基于SERVQUAL模型构建早产儿父亲出院准备服务方案及其应用效果
Development and application of a discharge preparation service programme for fathers of preterm infants based on the SERVQUAL model

Abstract
Objective To explore the development and impact of a discharge preparation service program for fathers of premature infants,based on the SERVQUAL model.Methods Fathers of premature infants admitted to the Neonatal Department of the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from July 2022 to March 2024 were selected using random number table sampling.32 fathers were assigned to the intervention group and received the discharge preparation service program based on the SERVQUAL model.30 fathers were assigned to the control group and received the routine discharge preparation services of the Neonatal Department.The discharge preparedness,quality of discharge guidance,and parenting competence of the fathers were compared at 24 hours after admission and six hours before discharge.Results At 24 hours after admission,there were no significant differences between the two groups in discharge preparedness,quality of discharge guidance,and parenting competence scores(P＞0.05).However,at six hours before discharge,the scores of these indicators in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions The discharge preparation service plan for fathers of preterm infants based on SERVQUAL model can improve the discharge preparation,quality of discharge preparation guidance and parenting competence.关键词
