Abstract
Objective To explore the application of group game intervention in the perioperative period of school age children with strabismus correction.Methods From June 2022 to June 2024,600 school age children with strabismus correction in Liaocheng Eye Hospital were selected and randomly divided into an observation group(n=300)and a control group(n=300).The control group received routine ophthalmic nursing,while the observation group were given group game intervention.The levels of anxiety,coping strategies,treatment compliance rate,surgical success rate,complication incidence rate and family satisfaction rate of famliy members were compared.Results The scores of Depression Self-rating Scale for Children(DSRSC)and the Screen for Children Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders(SCARED)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after intervention(P＜0.05).The score of the facing dimension in the Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMQ)of the children in the observation group was higher than that in the observation group,while the scores of the avoidance and yielding dimensions in the observation group were lower than control group after the intervention(P＜0.05).The treatment compliance rate,surgical success rate and the satisfaction rate of the children's family members in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05),and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Group game intervention can effectively relieve the adverse emotions of school-age children with strabismus correction during the perioperative period,enabling them to actively face the disease and improving the treatment compliance and treatment effect.关键词
