蜂蜜润滑在间歇性经口至食管插管饲法中的应用
Application of honey as a lubricant in intermittent oral to esophageal tube feeding
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of honey as a lubricant in the intermittent oral to esophageal(IOE)tube feeding method.Methods A total of 60 patients in need of IOE tube placement were randomly assigned to a control group(n=30)and an observation group(n=30).Liquid paraffin was used as the lubricant in the control group,while honey was applied in the observation group.Results The incidence rates of nausea,choking,vomiting,and pain experienced during intubation were significantly lower in the observation group compared to the control group(P＜0.05).The success rate of one-time intubation was higher in the observation group compared to the control group(P＜0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the time required for intubation between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusions Honey is a safe and effective lubricant for intermittent oral to esophageal tube placement,significantly reducing patient discomfort and pain,and it has clinical value for promotion.关键词
