岩溶土壤中微生物研究进展与展望
Research progress and prospect of microorganisms in karst soil
摘要
Abstract
Soil microorganisms play a crucial role in the karst ecosystems,significantly influencing ecosystem functionality through their role in nutrient cycling.This review focuses on reviewing the effects of vegetation restoration,geological background,soil properties,and soil fauna on soil microbial communities.It also elucidates the interrelationships among karst vegetation,soil,and microorganisms.Furthermore,this review also pointed out key issues requiring urgent attention in current research.It including the distribution of microorganisms at the level of soil aggregates in karst areas,the impact of litter on soil microbial functions,the interactions between soil fauna and microorganisms,the role of soil microorganisms in carbon and nitrogen cycling,and the development and utilization of soil microbial resources.The research on the above issues will provide scientific basis for further understanding the biogeochemical cycle process of karst ecosystems,formulating effective ecological restoration strategies and soil management practices.关键词
