摘要

Abstract

Zanthoxylum L.is a group of plant resources known for their medicinal and edible values,exhibiting a wide range of pharmacological activities,including antitumour,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,insecticidal,antiplatelet-coagu-lant,antiviral and other effects.Among the Zanthoxylum L.plants,Zanthoxylum Bungeanum Maxim and Zanthoxylum armatum DC.are widely used as flavouring spices because of their distinctive flavour.These plants are not only rich in volatile oils,but also contain alkaloids,phenylpropanoids,flavonoids,terpenoids,and many other chemical constituents.This paper focuses on the re-view of the non-volatile chemical constituents of these two natural plant spices and their pharmacological activities,to provide a ref-erence basis for their further research and development and application.
