摘要

Abstract

To meet the demand for compact design in thermal management systems of batteries,a liq-uid-based microchannel cooling plate was introduced.A three-dimensional numerical simulation ap-proach was adopted,and the laminar flow characteristics of liquid coolants under constant channel vol-ume were investigated in six different microchannel designs:straight,honeycomb,cavity,fishbone,ser-pentine,and spiderweb.The cooling performance was evaluated in terms of pressure drop,temperature variation,average temperature,and uniformity coefficient.The experimental results show that serpen-tine and honeycomb flow channels significantly enhance temperature uniformity,whereas the cavity flow channel maintains lower pressure drop and pumping power.
