Abstract
A one-dimensional heat transfer-based erosion boundary calculation method for the hearth and bottom of the blast furnace was proposed.According to the hearth and bottom structures of different blast furnaces and thermocouple arrangement,the Python language was used to develop and formulate the erosion boundary calculation and visualization program for the hearth and bottom of the blast fur-nace.The application results on a Chinese blast furnace show that the proposed method can realize the rapid solution of erosion boundary of blast furnace lining and the visualization of the calculation results,which is of some significance to the production operation.关键词
