热变形Nd-Fe-B磁体Pr68Cu32合金的晶界扩散研究
Grain Boundary Diffusion Process of Pr68 Cu32 Alloy for Hot-Deformed Nd-Fe-B Magnet

Abstract
The Pr68Cu32 alloy ribbons with low melting points were prepared,and the influence of the grain boundary diffusion process(GBDP)on the properties of hot-deformed Nd-Fe-B magnet was in-vestigated.The coercivity mechanism was analyzed.The experimental results show that optimum proper-ties of the magnet can be achieved when the hot-deformed Nd-Fe-B magnet and Pr68Cu32 alloy ribbons are diffused at 500℃for 1 h.The coercivity,remanence,and magnetic energy product of the magnet are 1336 kA·m-1,1.26 T,and 286 kJ·m-3.The maximum coercivity of 1746 kA·m-1 can be achieved af-ter diffusion at 580 ℃ for 3 h,an increase of 80%compared with the original coercivity of the magnet.After GBDP,the temperature stability of the magnet is improved,and the coercivity mechanism is con-sidered to be the pinning mechanism.关键词
