Advance on the preparation of itaconic acid by biological method
摘要
Abstract
Itaconic acid(IA)is one of the important raw materials in chemical production and one of the most promising high-value-added platform compounds.It can replace petroleum-based acrylic acid and methacrylic acid.Furthermore,itaconic acid possesses significant pharmacological properties,such as anti-inflammatory,antiviral,and immune regulation functions,positioning it as a prospective drug candidate molecule in pharmaceutical research and development.In light of both domestic and international research advancements,this article provides a comprehensive review of the biosynthetic pathways and recent progress in the biosynthesis of itaconic acid.Additionally,it addresses strategies for enhancing itaconic acid production and offers an outlook on prospective research directions in the realm of itaconic acid.关键词
