膳食纤维在犬粮中的应用及研究进展

摘要
Abstract
Dietary fiber is a kind of carbohydrate that is not digested and absorbed by the body and has health significance,which mainly found in plant foods,and different sources of dietary fiber can produce different benefits to the dog.They can increase the volume and water content of the dog's feces,promote intestinal peristalsis to improve digestive function,and can also affect the structure and abundance of the dog's intestinal microbial community,increase the number of probiotics,inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria,so as to maintain the balance of the intestinal microbial community.In addition,the intake of dietary fiber can increase the concentration of short-chain fatty acids in dogs,which not only provides energy for intestinal cells,but also has anti-obesity and other effects.This article reviews the effects of dietary fiber on the digestive function,intestinal health and production of short-chain fatty acids in dogs,so as to provide a reference for the research and application of dietary fiber in the field of pet nutrition.关键词
