基层医疗卫生机构人员感染相关焦虑与应对方式之间中介效应分析
The Mediating Effect Between Infection Related Anxiety and Coping Style in Personnel of Primary Medical and Health Institutions

Abstract
Objective To clarify the influence mechanism of self-efficacy and psychological stress reaction between infection related anxiety and the formation of different coping styles in personnel of primary health care institutions,so as to provide the theoretical basis for health education on mental health for medical staff,and explore the corresponding protective measures.Methods A total of 1 344 medical staff from 13 community health service centers in Jiading District were randomly selected as the subjects for questionnaire survey.The process plug-in in SPSS was used to test the mediation effect and the moderated mediation model.Results The mediating model showed that in men,psychological stress reaction played a partial mediating role in the relationship between infection related anxiety and negative coping;in women,psychological stress reaction played a partial mediating role in the relationship between infection related anxiety,negative coping and positive coping.The moderated mediation model showed that in men,self-efficacy had a moderating effect on the path of infection related anxiety to psychological stress response;in women,self-efficacy played a regulatory role in the path of psychological stress response to positive behavior.Conclusion There are gender differences in the mediating effect of psychological stress reaction between infection related anxiety and coping style.Medical institutions should pay attention to the psychological changes of medical staff of different genders,and take different degrees of psychological training according to different genders,so as to improve the psychological quality of medical staff and improve the supporting facilities for emergency response.关键词
