An Analysis on the Contracted Family Doctor Services Preferences Between Residents and Family Doctors in Shanghai

Abstract
Objective To study the preferences of resident in choosing contracted family doctor services and the preferences of family doctors in providing contracted family doctor services so as to explore the content attributes of contracted services that align with the preferences of both parties.Methods A preference survey questionnaires were developed using Discrete Choice Experiments to investigate the preferences of residents and family doctors for contracted services.Results In terms of commonality,both residents and family doctors placed greater emphasis on drug accessibility and tended to choose or provide contracted services with high drug accessibility.In terms of differences,residents tended to choose signed services with low service fees,personalized services,and close medical distances,while family doctors tended to provide signed services with high service fees and only family doctor operated appointment referrals;residents valued service fees more,while family doctors valued the accessibility of medicines more.Conclusion It is necessary to focus on the common preferences of residents and family doctors,such as drug accessibility,personalized services,appointment referral number sources,and service fees,and to provide personal services to the preferences of different groups of people,in order to optimize the content of contracted services.关键词
