无锡市某区基层医务人员健康素养水平及影响因素分析
Analysis of Health Literacy Level and Influencing Factors of Primary Medical Staffin a District of Wuxi City

Abstract
Objective To understand the health literacy level and its influencing factors of primary medical staff in a district of Wuxi,and to provide reference for relevant intervention activities.Methods Convenient sampling method was used,and a questionnaire survey was conducted among the medical staff of 9 primary medical and health institutions(community health service centers)in a certain district of Wuxi.SPSS 27.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results The health literacy level of primary medical staff was 53.03%.There were significant differences among different ages,occupations,professional titles,working years and average monthly income(P<0.05).Among the three aspects of health literacy,the level of healthy lifestyle and behavior literacy was higher(75.58%);the top three literacy levels of six kinds of health problems from high to low were:safety and first aid(90.43%),infectious disease prevention(88.34%)and scientific health concept(69.20%).Occupation and average monthly income were the influencing factors of medical staff's health literacy level.Conclusion There were still weak aspects in the health literacy level of primary medical staff in a certain district of Wuxi,and it is necessary to carry out targeted work for people with different characteristics.关键词
