乌鲁木齐市中小学生传染病健康素养状况分析
Analysis of the Current Situation of Infectious Disease Health Literacy Among Primary and Secondary School Students in Urumqi

Abstract
Objective To understand the level of health literacy of infectious diseases among primary and middle school students in Urumqi and the way to acquire knowledge about infectious diseases.Methods A total of 6 500 students from 14 primary and secondary schools in Urumqi were selected using multi-stage cluster random sampling.A self-designed questionnaire was utilized to gather information on the students'knowledge of infectious diseases and their acquisition pathways.Additionally,the correlation between these pathways and health literacy was analyzed.Results The level of health literacy of infectious diseases of the primary and middle school students was 18.1%.The basic knowledge literacy level of infectious diseases was 13.8%,the literacy level of infectious disease prevention and control is 22.1%;the level of behavioral literacy is 88.3%;the level of basic skills literacy is 43.2%.The main ways for primary and middle school students to acquire knowledge about infectious diseases were mobile phones(90.2%),television(87.0%)and school health education courses(85.8%).The most common ways to acquire knowledge about infectious diseases in schools are health education courses(90.9%),campus radio(81.9%),special health education lectures(75.3%)and handwritten newspapers(75.3).Conclusion The level of health literacy of infectious diseases among primary and middle school students in Urumqi was low,and the knowledge and prevention literacy of infectious diseases needed to be improved.Students acquire knowledge in different ways,and the level of health literacy of infectious diseases was also different.It was suggested that health knowledge dissemination methods should be diversified,work should be focused,targeted intervention should be carried out,and health education of Primary and econdary school students should be focused.关键词
