摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand pregnant women's cognition, attitude and behavior towards environmental estrogen(EEs)and analyze its influencing factors. Methods In June of 2022,a cluster of pregnant women were randomly selected from a hospital or a maternal and child health care center in five places in Ningxia, and an anonymous survey was conducted by combining online questionnaire and on-site questionnaire. Results The awareness rate of pregnant women's overall knowledge about EEs in Ningxia was only 10.65%,and the main way for pregnant women to acquire EEs knowledge was through the Internet(61.60%).More pregnant women drink plastic bottled water every day(20.34%).There were significant differences in the scores of cognition and behavior of EEs among pregnant women of different ages(P<0.05).There were significant differences in EEs scores among pregnant women with different cultures and gestational age(P<0.05).There were significant differences in EEs recognition and attitude scores among pregnant women with different allergic history(all P<0.05).There were significant differences in EEs scores among pregnant women with different weekly activity time(all P<0.05).Age,education level and attitude score were the influencing factors of EEs behavior of pregnant women. Conclusion The cognition level of pregnant women in Ningxia was low,and their personal attitude and demographic characteristics may affect their exposure to EEs.It was suggested that communities and hospitals should strengthen health protection education for pregnant women, improve their understanding of EEs and its harm, and guide them to adopt correct attitudes and behaviors towards EEs.关键词
