仫综合健康管理模式在H型高血压患者管理中的作用
The Role of Comprehensive Health Management Model in the Management of Patients with H-Type Hypertension

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive health management model in community patients with H-type hypertension.Methods A total of 400 patients with H-type hypertension screened in Sijing Town Community Health Care Center from January 2022 to August 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 200 cases in each group.The control group was treated according to the routine management of community hospital,and the observation group was intervened by the comprehensive health management mode.The treatment effect,clinical indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the clinical effective rate of the observation group was 99.0%,which was higher than 95.0%of the control group(P<0.05);the improvement of triglyceride,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol,homocysteine,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were better than those in the control group.Conclusion The effect of comprehensive health management model in the treatment of H-type hypertension is exact,which can improve the blood pressure and blood lipid levels of patients,and also ensure the safety and effectiveness of treatment,which is worthy of promotion.关键词
