Study on the Effect of Comprehensive Smoking Control Intervention Mode for Employees in Office Buildings

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive smoking control intervention mode on employees in office buildings.Methods a total of 420 employees from three enterprises in a creative industry park in Shenzhen were selected by random number table as the research object,and a questionnaire survey was conducted.At the same time,comprehensive tobacco control intervention was conducted in three companies for six months,and the above questionnaire was used again six months later to observe the effect of comprehensive tobacco control intervention mode.Results After the intervention,the awareness rates of the research objects on smoking prohibition in the workplace and various hazards of tobacco were higher than those before the intervention(P<0.05);the smoking rate after intervention(13.59%)was lower than that before intervention(21.23%).After the intervention,the current smokers'rate of considering quitting smoking(55.18%)was higher than that before the intervention(36.05%),and the rate of trying to quit smoking(43.10%)was higher than that before the intervention(23.26%).Conclusion The comprehensive smoking control intervention model has a significant effect on smoking control,which can reduce the smoking rate of employees in office buildings,and improve their awareness of smoking ban in the workplace,their willingness to quit smoking and the awareness rate of tobacco hazards,which is worthy of application and promotion.关键词
