青浦区学生电子产品使用现状及干预措施研究
Research on the Current Situation and Intervention Measures of Student Electronic Product Use in Qingpu District

Abstract
Objective To study effective intervention and management measures of electronic products to control the occurrence and development of children and adolescents'poor eyesight.Methods In 2022,one kindergarten,one primary school and one junior high school in Qingpu District were randomly selected to conduct vision monitoring and questionnaire survey,and the use of electronic products by students was intervened,and the survey was conducted again one year later.Results A total of 926 students were included.Before and after the intervention,the overall frequency difference between kindergarten children who used computers at night,turned off the room ceiling lights and continued to use computers for more than 30 minutes without rest was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total time of watching TV,the total frequency of using computer to watch videos or other things and playing mobile phones were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total time of watching TV,playing mobile phone,lying or lying down watching TV,using computer at night,turning off the ceiling light in the room and using computer for more than 30 minutes without rest were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the increase of myopia rate in kindergartens,primary schools and junior high schools was controlled.Conclusion Appropriate intervention of knowledge and behavior related to electronic products can effectively reduce eye fatigue and delay the occurrence and development of myopia among students.关键词
