Abstract

After a period of research and practice,regional credit banks have accumulated rich experience and new dilemmas have emerged to hinder the construction and development of national credit banks.Under the perspective of the qualifications framework,credit bank as a key element in integra-ting vocational education,higher education and continuing education,is an important hand in promoting the transformation of social labor force and build-ing a skill-based society.Based on the new mission of credit banks in the new era,through the analysis of the qualifications framework and credit banks,we reveal the internal logic and difficult problems of the current construction of national credit banks and put forward targeted directions in terms of the in-stitutional model and service scope of credit banks,the authentication platform and the legal guarantee in order to provide a strong support for the innova-tive development of the education field.
