The Necessity,Focus and Implementation Path for the Coordinated Development of"Three Educations"in the New Era
摘要
Abstract
In the new era,the purpose of promoting the coordinated development of vocational education,higher education and continuing education is to enhance the human capital value of vocational education and continuing education,to eliminate the educational anxiety of the public and the institu-tional barriers in the development of the education system.The coordinated approach also seeks to promote the unification of the human resources market,to clarify the logic and value of educational policies and to reshape the concepts of educational policies and the discourse system.The focus of the coordina-ted development of the"Three Educations"is placed on the higher education stage and post-vocational training areas,including the coordination of higher education,academic education and non-academic training,as well as the discourse system and policy direction.The coordinated development of the"Three Educations"should promote the systematization of different types of education examination systems,establish a comprehensive educational evalua-tion mechanism based on classification and strengthen cross-field theoretical research.关键词
