我国农类高校继续教育协同发展策略研究
Research on Collaborative Development Strategies of Continuing Education in Agricultural Universities in China
摘要
Abstract
Amidst the critical period of China's agricultural transformation towards modern agriculture,a large number of high-quality agricultural talents with innovative mindsets,professional skills and comprehensive literacy are needed,while continuing education can provide farmers with advanced knowledge and skills training and enhance their capabilities in agricultural production,business management and other aspects.This paper focuses on the collaborative development of continuing education in agricultural universities in China,conducting a thorough analysis of the current situation of collabora-tive development of continuing education.It is found that the concept and consciousness of collaborative development are insufficient,the mechanism and system of collaborative development are imperfect,the integration and sharing of resources for collaborative development are difficult and there exists a mis-match between the collaborative talent cultivation models and market demands.Consequently,strategies are proposed to strengthen the concept and aware-ness of collaborative development,integrate it into the strategic goals of collaborative development of agricultural universities,improve collaborative mecha-nisms and systems,optimize resource integration and sharing models,innovate talent cultivation models and curriculum systems,strengthen quality moni-toring and evaluation systems and promote the deep integration of industry,universities and research.关键词
