Abstract

Against the background of comprehensively promoting education modernization in China,intelligent transformation has become an important engine to promote the high-quality development of self-taught higher education examination.The unique advantages of Metaverse,such as virtual-reality integration,immersive experience and brain-computer synergy,endow"Metaverse+self-taught higher education examination"strong feasibility and op-erability,making it the optimal solution for the intelligent transformation of self-taught higher education examination.However,its potential risks on ethics in the real world,ethics in the virtual and digital world,and cost control should also be noted.To promote the healthy and sustainable development of the"Metaverse+self-taught higher education examination",it is recommended to carry out comprehensive governance by strengthening ideological educa-tion,building campus culture,formulating rules,exploring anti-addiction strategies,improving user literacy and ensuring financial support.
