Professionalization of Family Parent-child Reading Instructor Teams:Values,Representations and Paths

Abstract
The formation of a high-quality family education guidance team is an important part of the construction of China's family education guid-ance service system,and the construction of a professional family reading guidance team is the direction of the government and the hope of the people.The professional construction of family parent-child reading guidance team is the inherent requirement for the systematization of family education guidance serv-ice under the policy orientation,the key driver for the scientificization of family parent-child reading under the demand of parents and the important guar-antee of the abundance of spiritual growth under the development of children.The professional construction of family parent-child reading guidance team should be led by the three ideal characteristics of"structural specialization","quality specialization"and"management specialization".In the process of optimizing the structure and environment,coordinating the contribution and inducement and shaping the learning culture,we should realize the basic con-struction,sustainable development and flexible governance of the family parent-child reading instructional team.关键词
