Abstract
The construction of circular industrial parks is an important measure to promote green transformation of the economy and society,achieve sustainable development,and solve ecological and environmental problems.With the advancement of the ecological civilization construction strategy,the building of circular economy industrial parks is accelerating,but it is also facing many problems and development difficulties.The development quality of circular economy industrial parks has become a hot topic of concern for the government,society,and academia.This paper takes Changchun National Circular Economy Industrial Demonstration Zone as an example,guided by high-quality development,and summarizes the optimization strategies from the aspects of target positioning,industrial construction,supporting facilities,and implementation guarantees,aiming to provide references for the planning,construction,transformation and upgrading of circular economy industrial parks.关键词
