既有综合医院公共空间更新改造的发展综述研究OA
An Overview Study on the Development of Renewal and Transformation of Public Space in Existing General Hospitals
既有综合医院是我国医疗服务体系的主体,其发展已从"量的积累"阶段转向"质的提升"的关键时期.文章研究并整理了自2000年至今关于既有综合医院更新改造的相关文献,并进行了深入分析.研究发现:(1)综合医院的更新改造主要集中在建筑节能改造、医院空间优化以及医城融合这三个主题上;(2)经过建筑扩建、环境改建、综合改造以及节能更新等一系列发展,当前综合医院已进入医疗建筑的全生命周期管理阶段;(3)响应国家政策,未来的研究热点将聚焦于医养结合、综合节能、医城融合以及平疫结合这四个主要方向.
Existing general hospitals are the mainstay of China's medical service system,and their development has shifted from"quantitative accumulation"to"qualitative improvement".This study compiles and analyzes relevant literature on the renewal and transformation of existing general hospitals from 2000 to the present.The study finds that:(1)The renewal and transformation of general hospitals focus on three themes:building energy-saving renovation,hospital space optimization,and medical-city integration;(2)general hospitals have entered the stage of full life-cycle management of medical buildings following developments in building expansion,environmental modification,comprehensive renovation,and energy-saving updates;(3)in response to national policies,future research hotspots will concentrate on four main directions:the integration of medical and elderly care,comprehensive energy-saving,medical-city integration,and the combined approach of ordinary and epidemic healthcare.
