既有综合医院公共空间更新改造的发展综述研究
An Overview Study on the Development of Renewal and Transformation of Public Space in Existing General Hospitals
摘要
Abstract
Existing general hospitals are the mainstay of China's medical service system,and their development has shifted from"quantitative accumulation"to"qualitative improvement".This study compiles and analyzes relevant literature on the renewal and transformation of existing general hospitals from 2000 to the present.The study finds that:(1)The renewal and transformation of general hospitals focus on three themes:building energy-saving renovation,hospital space optimization,and medical-city integration;(2)general hospitals have entered the stage of full life-cycle management of medical buildings following developments in building expansion,environmental modification,comprehensive renovation,and energy-saving updates;(3)in response to national policies,future research hotspots will concentrate on four main directions:the integration of medical and elderly care,comprehensive energy-saving,medical-city integration,and the combined approach of ordinary and epidemic healthcare.关键词
