Abstract
The complexity and differentiation of today's urban and rural spatial structure exacerbate the situation of increasing frequency of public emergencies globally,and the construction of the life circle under the security perspective becomes a priority for countries to cope with multiple risks and challenges.In this paper,we sort out that the study of life circle experiences three phases:the starting period from 1996 to 2012,the budding period from 2013 to 2018,and the outbreak period from 2019 to the present,and summarize the three main features and shortcomings of the disaster prevention life circle research on the targeted construction of public health emergencies and safety events,the optimization of the local spatial layout and the improvement of the overall planning system,and the construction under the perspective of the community scale.It is expected that the construction of life circle safety can be jointly promoted from four levels,namely,the improvement of the theoretical research on life circle and disaster prevention life circle,the cross-study of objective computer simulation and subjective psychological behavior,the breakthrough of practice based on the concepts of life circle and disaster prevention life circle,and the guidance of relevant policies to attract the attention and participation of the state at all levels.关键词
