摘要
Abstract
As urbanization accelerates, urban renewal has become a key strategy for optimizing spatial layouts and promoting economic development in mega-cities.However,the coordination between transportation nodes and land use has increasingly become a significant issue, limiting the overall effectiveness of urban renewal efforts. This study, based on the"Node-Place-Value"(NPV)model,delves into the responsiveness and guiding role of detailed planning in addressing urban renewal needs.Through an empirical analysis of urban renewal areas in Changsha, the study quantifies the matching relationships among transportation nodes, land use,and economic value, uncovering imbalances in these elements. The research indicates that detailed planning can enhance coordination of these factors through a systematic framework, integrating spatial layout, industrial upgrading, and ecological objectives, thereby providing theoretical support and decision-making references for scientific and sustainable urban renewal.关键词
