Analysis of Space Optimization Strategies for the Protection and Inheritance of Historic and Cultural Heritage in Urban and Rural Areas of Henan Province

Abstract
Urban and rural historic and cultural heritage embodies the historical continuity of urban and rural spaces,reflecting the high-quality development achievements of different historical periods in urban and rural construction.This heritage holds significant importance in the effort to build a strong socialist cultural nation.With various types and diverse cultural values,the protection and inheritance of urban and rural historic and cultural heritage pose considerable challenges.Taking Henan Province as a case study,this paper examines historic and cultural cities,towns,and districts as representative examples.It explores the construction of a spatial system for the protection and inheritance of historical and cultural heritage in Henan Province,proposes strategies for spatial optimization,and emphasizes the enhancement of mechanisms for protecting and passing down this heritage.关键词
