乡村振兴视野下的工业遗产价值重构与转型设计
Value Reconstruction and Transformation Design of Industrial Heritage from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

Abstract
Rural industrial heritage once played a pivotal role in the economic development of China's countryside.However,with the passage of time,some of these heritages face challenges such as the loss of traditional crafts and the aging of facilities.This paper delves into the current status and challenges of rural industrial heritage,exploring pathways for value reconstruction from multiple dimensions,including cultural excavation,social recognition,heritage assessment,spatial renewal,and policy guidance.It proposes strategies for transformation design,including functional transformation,ecological integration,innovative design,and collaboration among multiple stakeholders.Taking the renovation of industrial buildings in Huangshan Nan Village,Shaoxing City as an example,it demonstrates how to transform abandoned factories into a"new farmer"maker base,achieving a win-win situation for heritage revitalization and rural revitalization,providing a reference for the sustainable development of rural industrial heritage.关键词
