Abstract
There exists a positive interaction between the development of cultural and creative industries and the preservation of industrial heritage.The development model of creative industrial parks,organized under industrial clusters,can effectively promote the protection and adaptive reuse of industrial heritage.Using the Chenguang 1865 Creative Industry Park in Nanjing as a case study,this paper establishes an analytical framework for the renewal of industrial heritage-based cultural and creative industrial parks from the perspective of industrial clusters.Through methods such as field investigations and interviews,the study examines the developmental challenges faced by the park.Based on the specific demands and characteristics of cultural and creative industrial clusters,the paper proposes renewal strategies,including a non-mechanical segmentation of park layout,content production rooted in industrial culture,optimization of the industrial chain centered on leading enterprises,and the establishment of a cross-sectoral,pluralistic co-governance framework.关键词
