Construction of Teaching Teams for Architectural Design in Local Universities under the Background of Transformation:Taking Guangzhou University Architectural Design Innovation Teaching Team as an Example

Abstract
With the adjustment of national industrial policies,the decline of the architectural design industry has become the new normal.This paper takes the construction of the innovative architectural design teaching team at Guangzhou University as an example,and proposes construction ideas and measures for the design teaching teams of architecture majors at local universities.These include enhancing the universality of design course teaching objectives,using the development of creative thinking and the strengthening of personalized abilities as focal points to improve students'ability to meet diverse career development needs;enhancing the integration of scientific research and teaching among team members;and building a more reasonable and open teaching team to achieve effective linkage and equal emphasis on dual roles.Through continuous exploration and practice in team building,significant results have been achieved in professional talent cultivation and teacher development.关键词
