食品胶体作为湿强剂在造纸法再造烟叶中的应用研究进展
Research Progress on the Application of Food Colloids as Wet Strengthening Agents in Reconstituted Tobacco Leaves

Abstract
As a natural polymer material,food colloids had broad application prospects in the fields of papermaking and reconstituted tobacco.After modification,food colloids such as starch,cellulose,protein and chitin could be used as wet-end additives to significantly improve the mechanical properties and molding quality of pulp and reconstituted tobacco.This paper summarized the modification methods and application status of several types of food colloids,and focused on exploring their action mechanism as reinforcing agent,retention aid and functional additive.The results showed that food colloids mainly enhanced the bonding between fibers through hydrogen bonding,electrostatic adsorption and hydrophobic association,and improved the retention of filler through physical entanglement and surface coating of polymer chains.Charge characteristics,solubility and compatibility were the key factors affecting the reinforcement effect of colloids.关键词
