中医药在原发性肝细胞癌治疗中的现状、挑战和潜在策略
Current View,Challenges,and Potential Strategy for Treating Hepatocellular Carcinoma with Traditional Chinese Medicine
摘要
Abstract
China bears one of the highest burdens of hepatocellular carcinoma globally.Although diagnostic and therapeutic methods are advancing,the current mortality rate for hepatocellular carcinoma remains the second highest among all cancers.Recently,the efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in treating hepatocellular carcinoma has been recognized.However,debates per-sist in this area,focusing on the lack of precision in targeting when using Traditional Chinese Medicine,which contributes to a low level of evidence supporting its use in treating hepatocellular carcinoma.This article reviews the current status of the treatment of pri-mary hepatocellular carcinoma,the current status and challenges of Traditional Chinese Medicine involvement,and discusses the cur-rent problems,aiming to provide reference and information for the standardized treatment of primary hepatocellular carcinoma with Tra-ditional Chinese Medicine.关键词
