经颈静脉肝内门体分流术的临床研究进展

Abstract
Transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt(TIPS)is an important method of treating the complications of portal hypertension in cirrhosis,which has been used for nearly 40 years.It can effectively reduceportal venous pressure and play a significant role in improving patients'symptoms and survival.Due to the updating of stent materials and the improvement of stenting procedures,its clinical indications have gradually expanded,and it has shown unique advantages in the diagnosis and treatment of acute esophago-gastric variceal hemorrhage,refractory ascites,portal vein thrombosis,hepatorenal syndrome,etc.Despite these advances,there is still no standard criteria for how to screen the best patients of TIPS.In addition,the prevention and management of postoperative com-plications of TIPS,including hepatic encephalopathy and liver failure,remains unsatisfactory.Therefore,this article intends to review TIPS from the perspectives of surgical introduction,indications,complications and prognosis,in order to guide clinicians to better grasp the indications,screen the beneficiary population and select the best treatment time,so as to promote the widespread use of TIPS in patients with liver cirrhosis.关键词
