发热伴血小板减少综合征的中西医防治研究进展
Research Progress of Severe Fever with Thrombocytopenia Syndrome in Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine
摘要
Abstract
Severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome(SFTS)is an acute zoonotic infectious disease characterized by fever,gastrointestinal symptoms,leukocytopenia and thrombocytopenia,and a bleeding tendency,primarily caused by infection with a novel bunyavirus(severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome bunyavirus,SFTSV).Critical patients may die of multiple organ failure,and the mortality rate is as high as 30%.In recent years,there have been new cases in many parts of the world,and the mortality rate was high,which seriously threatened human health.At present,the pathogenesis of SFTS is not clear,and there is no specific antiviral drug or effective vaccine.The primary methods of prevention for SFTS are avoiding tick bites and health education.In recent years,TCM has achieved good results in treating infectious diseases by using holistic and dialectical methods.This paper expounded the patho-genesis and diagnosis and treatment progress of SFTS in modern medicine and TCM,which provided a new idea for the treatment of SFTS.关键词
