Classification and Staging of Acute-on-Chronic Liver Failure and Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment
摘要
Abstract
Acute-on-chronic liver failure(ACLF)is a clinically critical illness that occurs on the basis of chronic liver disease.It progresses rapidly,has many complications,and a high mortality rate.It belongs to the categories of"acute jaundice","epidemic jaundice",and"liver epidemic"in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),and remains a difficult problem in clinical treatment.West-ern medicine mostly adopts comprehensive treatment,but it lacks specific therapeutic methods.TCM has certain effects in treating ACLF.Early diagnosis using modern medical detection methods,clarifying the etiology,determining the classification and staging,and integrating TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment into comprehensive therapy can effectively improve patient survival rates and prognosis.关键词
