温经汤对反复自然流产患者子宫内膜容受性的影响
Effect and Analysis of Wenjing Decoction on Endometrial Receptivity in Patients with Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Wenjing Decoction on recurrent spontaneous abortion and its influence on endo-metrial receptivity.Methods Prospective,89 patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion admitted to Henan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Second Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine)from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the research.They were randomly divided them into two groups using the random number table:conven-tional Western medicine treatment group(control group,n=44)and the combined treatment group with Wenjing decoction(observa-tion group,n=45).The Chinese medicine symptom score and curative effect,endometrial receptivity(endometrial thickness,pulsatil-ity index(PI),resistance index(RI)),hormone levels(progesterone(P),estradiol(E2),human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)),immune function(CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+).Results The scores of TCM symptoms of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);After treatment,the TCM symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate of observation group was higher than that of the control group(95.56%vs 79.55%,P<0.05).The endometrial thickness in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion was significantly higher after treatment compared to before treatment(P<0.05),and the pulsatility index(PI)and resistance index(RI)were signifi-cantly lower after treatment compared to before treatment(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness in the observation group was signifi-cantly higher than in the control group after treatment(P<0.05),PI and RI were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of P,E2,and HCG after treatment were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of P,E2,and HCG in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment the levels of CD3+,CD4+,and the CD4+/CD8+ratio in both groups of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion were higher than before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+,and CD4+/CD8+in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Wenjing Decoction has been shown to enhance the clinical therapeutic effects in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion and to improve endometrial receptivity.关键词
