基于MES的数字化门扇生产系统设计及其应用
Digital Production System Design of Door Leaf Based on MES and Its Application

Abstract
Wooden door products come in a wide variety of categories and involves intricate manufacturing processes,becoming significant challenges to numerous wooden door manufacturers.These manufacturers often grapple with escalating production costs,stagnant production efficiency,and dwindling profit margins.This study examined a door leaf·s workshop in a customized wooden door furniture enterprise specializing in solid wood composite doors(hereinafter referred to as Enterprise H).Through comprehensive field investigation and analysis of the existing door leaf production model,and considering the enterprise·s management and informatization needs,as well as factors such as enterprise development and return on investment,a digital door leaf production system was designed based on the current workshop status and existing issues.The system was debugged and operated for four months.The results indicate that the digital door leaf production system increased Enterprise H·s monthly production capacity from an average of 5 856 units to 9 144 units,an increase of 56.15%.The production efficiency improved from an average of 6.42 to 11.91 units per person per day,an increase of 85.51%.The labor cost per door leaf decreased from 48.66 to 25.20 yuan,a decrease of 48.21%,and the qualified rate of one-time produce improved by nearly 5 percentage points.This system offers a robust solution for achieving transparency in the production process,augmenting efficiency,and ensuring timely order fulfillment in wooden door manufacturing workshops.关键词
